MINDFULL doesn't use passwords — we use magic link (passwordless email login), Google SSO, Facebook SSO, and Apple Sign-in instead. If you've forgotten how you originally registered or don't remember which method you used, here's how to get back in.

Signing in with Magic Link (email)

  • Open the app and enter the email address you used when you created your account.

  • We'll send you a magic link — no password needed.

  • Check your email for a message from MINDFULL with your sign-in link. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Signing in with Google

  • On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Google.

  • Select the Google account you originally used to sign up for MINDFULL.

  • Important: If you sign in with a different Google account than the one you registered with, it will create a new, separate account — not connect to your existing one.

Signing in with Apple

  • On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Apple.

  • Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

  • Note: if you chose "Hide My Email" when you first signed up, Apple created a private relay email for your account. You won't be able to sign in using your regular email — use the Apple Sign-in button each time.

  • Important: If you sign in with a different Apple ID than the one you registered with, it will create a new, separate account — not connect to your existing one.

Not sure which method you used?

  • Try the email where you received your MINDFULL welcome email or purchase confirmation.

  • If you still can't get in, don't keep trying different methods — each attempt with a different account may create a duplicate account.

  • Email us at [email protected] and we'll help you find your original account and the sign-in method tied to it.
