Issues Logging into Your Account

Having trouble getting into your MINDFULL account? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.

Step 1: Make sure you're using the correct sign-in method

  • MINDFULL supports three sign-in methods: email ("magic link"), Google SSO, Facebook SSO, and Apple Sign-in.

  • You need to use the same method you originally registered with. If you signed up with Google, signing in with your email address will not find your account β€” and vice versa.

Step 2: Check your email for the magic link

  • If you're signing in with email, MINDFULL sends you a magic link instead of a password.

  • Check your inbox for an email from MINDFULL. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

  • The magic link expires after a short time β€” if it's not working, go back to the sign-in screen and request a new one.

Step 3: Open the magic link in the app

  • When you tap the magic link from your email, it should open directly in the MINDFULL app.

  • If it opens in your browser instead, select the option "Default browser app", or make sure the MINDFULL app is installed and up to date.

Step 4: Try closing and reopening the app

  • If the app seems stuck or isn't responding after sign-in, close it completely and reopen it.

  • This resolves most temporary issues.

Step 5: Make sure your app is up to date

  • Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and check for updates, if you are up to date with the latest version it should only say Open in the listing page.

  • Running an older version of the app can sometimes cause login issues.

If you're still stuck:

  • Double-check that you're using the email address you originally signed up with.

  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then signing in again. You won't lose your account.
