Tips to help you get the most out of your MINDFULL experience — from finding content to staying on track.

MINDFULL is designed to be simple, but there's more inside the app than meets the eye.


Finding recipes, coaching videos, programs and more

  • Use search to find exactly what you need. Tap the magnifying glass in the bottom right corner to search for recipes by ingredient, coaching videos by topic, or programs by name. You can also filter recipes by meal type — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and more.

  • Explore the More menu. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar to access Browse Content, your Grocery List, Favorites, and other features you might not see on the home feed.


Navigating the app

Primary Navigation Bar

  • Your bottom navigation bar is your home base. From left to right: Home (your feed), Post (share with community), Community (browse member posts), and More (access Browse Content, Favorites, Grocery List, and more). The magnifying glass in the bottom right corner opens Search.

"Quick-nav"

  • "Quick navigation sits at the top of the screen on your home feed:

    • Today - Today's meal plan and coaching within your Schedule

    • Tomorrow - The meal plans and coaching on your schedule for tomorrow.

    • Check-in (your daily reflection), and Groceries (this week's shopping list).


Completing Daily Check-ins

Building this daily habit is one of the most powerful things you can do on MINDFULL.

To complete your daily Check-in:

  1. Tap Check-in from the quick nav open your daily check-in form. This takes only about 15 seconds, but will raise your awareness of how you feel and track patterns - drawing the connection between mind and gut.

2. Complete the two questions and tap Submit.


Quick wins to help you stay on track:

  1. Join a live Challenge to stay motivated and share your journey with the community.

  2. Use your Grocery List to make your visits to the store a breeze. It updates weekly based on your current program or schedule.

  3. Introduce yourself to Community. Having women who get it in your corner makes all the difference — don't skip this step. Take a look at Engage with Community for more tips.

  4. Complete your onboarding survey. The more detailed your answers, the more relevant your content recommendations will be.


Getting the best experience

  • Use the same login method every time. If you signed up with Google, Apple, or email, continue using that same method to avoid accidentally creating a new account.

  • Keep your app updated. Make sure you're running the latest version for the best experience and newest features.

  • Try refreshing or restarting the app if content doesn't load correctly or appears locked after upgrading.
