Your meal plan and grocery list take the guesswork out of what to eat and what to buy each week. Instead of overthinking every meal or scrambling at the store, you get one plan and one list β updated automatically based on the program or schedule you're following.
Here's how to find and use them.
Step 1: Open your home feed
From your home feed, you'll see quick navigation at the top: Today, Tomorrow, Check-in, and Groceries.
Step 2: View today's meal plan
Tap Today to see your schedule for today β this includes your meals and coaching video if one applies.
Tap Tomorrow to preview what's coming up next.
In the Schedule you can move across weeks and days using this bar:
Step 3: Open your grocery list
Tap Groceries to see your weekly shopping list.
This list is designed for you to take to the store β you can tick off items as you shop.
Step 4: Understanding how your schedule works
If you're on the global schedule, your meal plan and grocery list follow MINDFULL's default weekly plan.
If you've joined a challenge, your meal plan and grocery list will automatically update to match that program's schedule.
The grocery list refreshes weekly to match whatever schedule you're currently following.

Check your grocery list at the start of each week so you're prepped and ready.
Use the Today view daily to stay on track with your meals without overthinking it.
If you join a challenge, your schedule and groceries will switch over automatically β no extra setup needed.
