Upgrading to Premium Membership

A premium membership unlocks everything MINDFULL has to offer. Here's how to upgrade step by step.

A premium membership unlocks everything MINDFULL has to offer — all live challenges, programs, meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, coaching videos, community channels, virtual and IRL events. It's everything you need to understand how food impacts how you feel, in one place.

There are two ways to upgrade, and both take you through the same simple checkout. Here's the full walkthrough.


Step 1: Open your profile and tap "Upgrade Membership"

  • Tap your profile avatar in the top left corner of the home screen.

  • A menu will open — select Upgrade Membership.

Step 2: Choose your plan in Stripe

  1. Tap 'Upgrade Membership', which will open your device's browser to our secure checkout provider, Stripe.

  2. Next, choose your preferred plan:

    1. Monthly: $59/month

    2. Quarterly: $119/quarter

    3. Annual: $299/year (best value — less than $25/month)

Every plan gives you full access to everything — all programs, meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, coaching videos, community, and more.

Step 3: Enter payment details

  • Enter your payment card info and tap 'Subscribe' to complete your purchase.

  • Have a discount code? -> Tap Add code at the top of the checkout page to apply it before completing your purchase.

Step 4: Return to the app and start exploring

  • Once your payment goes through, you'll be redirected back to the app.

  • All previously locked content is now available — start with a program, check out this week's meal plan, or explore the community. You can also check our section on navigating through the app here.


Alternative: Upgrade from locked content

You can also upgrade while browsing the app.

  • When you open a locked program, recipe, or coaching video, you'll see an 'Upgrade to Unlock' button.

  • This takes you to the same Stripe checkout flow described above.

  • Follow the same steps two through four above


Troubleshooting common issues:

  • If content still appears locked after upgrading, try closing and reopening the app.

  • Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to purchase the membership.

  • You can manage your subscription at any time through your avatar menu → Manage Membership.
