Step 1: Open search
Step 2: Enter a search term into the search bar
You can search by any name, ingredient, topic focus, benefit, or whatever comes to mind.
General terms will produce more results; specific terms will produce less.
Step 3: Reduce initial search results by filtering by a category.
You can search across three categories: Recipes, Coaching, and Programs.
Tap the category you want to browse or type a keyword to search.

Step 4: Filter your results
For recipes, you can filter by meal type: Breakfast, Starter, Lunch, Snack, or Dinner.
This makes it easy to find what you need for any part of your day.

When to use search:
Use search when you're craving something specific or want to plan ahead.
Save your favorite recipes by tapping the bookmark icon so you can find them quickly later under Open Favorites in the More menu.
